TERMS OF SERVICE.

1. Business and service description

These terms apply to the website operated by Aesthetic Dream LLC, an online coaching business based in Austin, Texas, United States. We offer individualized training guidance, nutrition coaching, physique development and optional bodybuilding contest preparation services to adults. Delivery is digital, through training software, written materials, check-ins, and electronic communication. No physical goods are delivered or shipped.

2. Enrollment

To enroll, a prospective client discusses the scope of coaching and receives a written agreement setting out the program term, total price in US dollars, payment schedule, what is included, and applicable refund/cancellation terms. You should review and accept that agreement before payment. Enrollment is not complete merely because you browse this website or send an inquiry.

3. Coaching delivery

After enrollment, clients receive onboarding instructions, including details for providing training history and relevant preferences. Program access is made available electronically once setup information is received. Services may include individualized training, nutrition guidance, weekly progress submissions and coaching feedback, and messaging support according to the scope of your signed agreement. We may use third-party software platforms to deliver these services.

4. Prices and payments

Published program prices are shown on our programs page. All amounts shown are in US dollars. Your written agreement sets the total payable amount, applicable fees, any agreed installment schedule, and when charges are due. A scheduled installment arrangement is a method of paying for a fixed-term service and may not mean the coaching agreement can be canceled on a month-to-month basis. We do not collect payment card details directly on this informational website; payments are handled by third-party payment providers through separately presented, secure links or invoices.

Where third-party financing is offered separately after approval by a provider, the lender's approval, interest rates, fees, and repayment obligations are governed by that provider's disclosures and loan agreement. No financing offer or approval is made through this website.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Please read the dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy before enrollment. Our coaching commitments are fixed-term arrangements and may include minimum service terms, notice requirements, and amounts owed upon early termination. These terms must be disclosed in your agreement. Statutory rights are not waived.

6. Coaching limitations

Our training and nutrition coaching is intended for general education and fitness support. It is not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, prescription services, or a substitute for professional healthcare. We do not guarantee any particular weight, competition placing, physique transformation, or other outcome. Clients should exercise within their abilities and disclose issues relevant to the safe design of their program.

7. Intellectual property and accounts

Coaching plans, materials, instructional videos, and templates provided by Aesthetic Dream are for enrolled clients' personal use during their program and may not be sold, distributed, or republished without prior permission. Clients are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information they submit.

8. Contact and dispute resolution

If you believe a billing or coaching issue has occurred, contact us directly so we can review your agreement, billing records, and the services delivered. Requests should include your full name and a clear description of the problem; please do not include credit card details in email.

9. Changes

Website terms may be updated from time to time. Changes to a signed coaching agreement are handled in accordance with that agreement and applicable law; publishing updated website terms does not automatically modify an existing signed agreement.
